o Big families were promoted. 4 or more known as Kinderreich (rich in children). Marriage loans, 1000 reichsmarks, 25% of loan cancelled with each child.
o Many women enjoyed the move back to more traditional roles but some didn’t. A newspaper letter to Hitler stating the “stupid aimlessness” of women’s present lives and the way their male children laugh at them and consider them their servants, is evidence that the Nazi party policies toward women didn’t always work.
